Belluno Plast designs molds in the smallest detail. Using cutting-edge CAD-CAM systems, we start from any mathematic format, then refine and tailor it to requirements in close co-operation with the Client. Then we develop the best suited molding tooling.
Mold designing is developed entirely in-house; we comply with the technical, aesthetic, dimensional requirements jointly set out with the Client, whom we guide in the selection of the best technical and construction qualities needed for mold fabrication.

We assist the client in selecting steel grade, injection and extraction systems, thermoregulation, handling and sliding parts, as well as thermal treatment and superficial finish.
Mold fabrication
We entrust mold fabrication to in-house highly specialized and qualified experts who are capable of integrating the client’s design and production requirements with first-rate equipment such as machining equipment, numeric-controlled milling machines, electro-eroding, lathing and grinding equipment as well as auxiliary measuring devices.
The mold is fabricated following Client needs in terms of technical and production specs; the entire process is made possible by absorbing Client requirements. For instance, production efficiency is perfected in order to curb mold cost; the materials – tempered and/or hardened and tempered steels, are carefully considered, along with all the other factors reflecting on the final result, with a view to optimizing costs and performance while avoiding any possible construction complications.
Belluno Plast’s strong suit is an in-house mold shop working in close synergy with the design and production departments. This saves the Client any possible project development disruption and also delivers products that are compliant from the start, so reducing production time and cost.
